We have always had a ‘Thorne’ at the helm and have now welcomed our 5th generation into the practice.
Thornes will be 150 years old in 2020 and we plan to celebrate this milestone accordingly. It was founded in 1870 by Gerald Rennie Thorne who was a Solicitor, MP, JP and Mayor of Wolverhampton. He was a local person and educated at Tettenhall College
Thornes has always been based in the centre of the City in the same offices and has been proud to have served generation after generation of local families- particularly focusing on the provision of a welcoming, friendly environment where clients can hopefully feel at ease.
Our offices are situated in the ‘oldest part of the City’ next to the iconic St Peter’s Church.
